Pilates is offered in the following settings:

Private Lessons: Ideal for integrating Pilates methods into your body, our experienced instructor tailors individualized workouts to meet your specific needs in this one-on-one setting.

Duet Lessons: Designed for two individuals, our instructors craft personalized workouts for you and your Pilates partner, offering focused attention to both participants. (Please note: Duet packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.)

Group Lessons: These semi-private sessions accommodate three to four participants per class, offering the benefits of personalized attention within a group setting.
Private and Semi-Private Sessions*
Pilates Reformer is a total-body exercise that recruits every muscle fiber, leading to a strong core. It helps with joint stability and balance and strengthens the abdominals, glutes, and hamstrings; these support the spine and lengthen the hip flexors, which increase flexibility and improve posture.

Pilates Instructors
We are pleased to bring a well-rounded team of fitness professionals to service your needs. Each fitness team member is certified by a nationally recognized certifying body and brings a unique style and personality to their work.
Kim Wilson
Pilates Instructor
Kim is a Balanced Body Certified Instructor, a Bone-Fit Instructor, PATH International Therapeutic Riding Instructor, and an Active Retired Registered Nurse. Kim has been committed to Pilates practice for 20-plus years and has been a dedicated Pilates instructor for over 16 years.
Additionally, Kim is an equestrian with over 30 years of experience riding, training, and showing horses. Through her involvement with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, Kim has teamed therapeutic horses with children with exceptionalities and military veterans an opportunity to ride horses and develop relationships and positive socio-emotional skills. Kim is excited to join the BIRC team!

Sheri Wetherell
Pilates Instructor
After months of Pilates training at BIRC, Sheri found herself captivated by the practice’s physical and mental transformative powers. Energized by her health and fitness journey, she pursued certifications in Pilates Mat and Reformer instruction to empower others. Sheri passionately believes that age is no barrier to achieving vitality and strength and that it’s never too late or too early to start.
Sheri’s professional background is in corporate marketing and merchandising and has spent more than a decade as a food and travel blogger, recipe developer, and social media influencer. Beyond the kitchen, Sheri’s zest for life extends to her love for downhill skiing and her thirst for exploration alongside her beloved family as they traverse the globe, seeking new experiences and connections.
Danielle Zack
Certified Pilates Instructor, Romana’s Pilates International
Danielle Zack
Originally a dancer at Stephens College in Columbia, MO, Danielle recognized the power of the Pilates training she received in keeping her strong and injury-free during a rigorous dance curriculum. So, upon college graduation, she moved to Seattle, and became certified in Romana’s Pilates at Pilates Seattle International in 1999. She also became a massage therapist in 2002. She has been teaching Pilates for 25 years. Danielle’s dance background influences her teaching by using rhythm, musicality, and extreme attention to detail. Influenced by her massage therapy training she is an active hands-on teacher, who loves to use creative visualization to get her clients to know and move their body better.
What Should I Wear?
- Comfortable workout clothes; fitted clothing works best.
- Socks are optional.
- Hair should be up and out of the face for the session.
- No jewelry is preferred.

Cancelation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for the cancelation for any session. For cancelations, please get in touch with your instructor directly. Late cancelations and no-shows will be charged for the session booked.
