BIRC offers a variety of structured and indepedent options for fitness! Read about our amenities below, and learn more about personal training, group exercise classes, small group training, and pilates by viewing their corresponding pages.
Cardio/Weight Rooms
Cardio machines area includes: ellipticals, treadmills, stationary cycling bikes, stair climber, and Jacob’s ladder. The free weight area offers up a wide selection of plate rack stations, dumbbells, and various stationary weight machines.
Gym
Full-size collegiate basketball court that can be divided into two courts. The space has also been lined for pickleball and volleyball courts. The building is equipped with an indoor sound system, which is also used by recreation programs and camps.
Cycling/Pilates Studio
The cycling studio is made complete with Keiser M3i bikes, and the Pilates studio offers Pilates Reformer equipment. Group and personal training sessions are available weekly.
Multi-Purpose Studios
Two fitness studios accommodating all the strength & conditioning group exercise programming. Group programming is offered weekly.
