The Molecular Modeling Database (MMDB) contains 3D macromolecular structure: proteins and polynucleotides. MMDB contains over 40000 structures and is linked to rest of NCBI databases.

It provides the services to search by:

  1. Keyword (specific name)
  2. Protein sequences
  3. Nucleotide sequences
